Website, purchasing sponsorships

Refunds

No refunds will be issued once sponsorship & teams have been purchased. All proceeds will be donated to the non-profits listed on the main page.

Raffle tickets

Purchasing raffle tickets ahead of times will shorten your wait time at the Registration table the day of. Your tickets will be ready for you when you arrive.

How our raffle ticket system works: You will tear your tickets apart, place one side in the box of the prize you are trying to win and you will keep the other side of the ticket. We will call the winner by the ticket number. You do not need to fill out the information on the backside of the ticket.

First come, first serve

All sponsorships must be purchased online. Payment secures your spot. Please do not call the office, send emails and/ or text cell phones hoping to secure your place.

Day of

Checking in, food & drink

Alcohol

All alcohol must be purchased with Chris Graham at Mill Creek. Please do not bring your own alcohol to the course. If you need contact information, please email Caroline@TheVistaRealtors.com.

Check-in

Vendors need to check-in at the clubhouse before proceeding to their set up space. You will be directed via your vehicle or provided a golf cart to go to your spot.

Food

The Mill Creek Clubhouse will be open and available to the players for beverages and food. After the tournament, each player is invited to enjoy dinner at The View at the Creek, food catered by Johnny's BBQ. Each set up vendor will receive 2 tickets to attend and eat.

Prizes

The View at the Creek will host our players and vendors for dinner and raffle drawings. Please make sure you are able to attend!

Please make sure you have read and acknowledged these rules and regulations before submitting payment for your sponsorship. Once you submit payment, you are agreeing to these rules above.
